Applications for the Malady Youth Grant are open to any person under 25 years of age (at point of application) by using this expression of interest form. This application will be assessed on individual merit by the committee using the following guidelines:

The applicant must:

Be under 25 years of age at the time of applying
Ensure the funds are used for networking and/or professional development within any form of creative practice
Be present at the following annual Shakespeare Festival in Stratford Victoria and display the skill sets they have gained in a form that best suits their application.
Apply for a maximum of $1,000 per individual.

Sheila Malady was a founder and life member of our Festival. She had a strong focus on growing reciprocal networks with young people across the world through the Shakespeare Festival. With this in mind, people outside of our immediate community are also encouraged to apply - so long as they engage with our community for the following Festival. This engagement via Festival presentation/performance will in turn be the acquittal for the funding.

Applications will be assessed on a monthly basis and be responded to within 60 days
